1. What is your MOQ?
Usually, our MOQ is 1000pcs. But we accept lower quantities for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking the quality of our products and knowing our service.
2. Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing samples for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. The sample charge is refundable when the order is up to a certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT, or DHL. If you have a carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our PayPal, and we will ship with our account. It takes about 3-5 workdays to reach.
3. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need a new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will respond fast to your request.
4. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have a large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantities.
5. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
Usually, an Ai file is needed. If for making a new mold, a 3D file is needed.
6. How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
7. Which kind of certificate do you have?
FDA, LFGB ,TUV, REACH.
8. What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit after the order is signed and 70% against a copy of B/L. We also accept LC at sight.
